How are you doing?

We're officially nearly halfway through the last month of the year 2025. I can't believe we're now only weeks away from entering the year 2026. Understandably, this may be a time of anticipation for many of us- dreaming, manifesting, and wondering what will be in store for us next year.

I think the act of anticipation can be a good thing, in a way it shows that we are hopeful and excited for what's to come.

Anticipation: the act of expectation and/or prediction.

What are you hoping for from the year 2026? Goals, ambitions, dreams? Do you have a plan ready or are you in the stage of 'figuring it all out'? What are you healing from? What are you growing towards? Who will be there? Who's getting cut out? Life goals? Career goals? Financial goals? Health goals? Relationship goals? Spiritual goals?

WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BE?

WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BE?

who are you going to be?

Who are you going to be? What's the prediction and/or expectation of who you are seeking to be and become in the year 2026?

A lot of questions - you may already know the answers to them and that's great! If you don't have the answers to any of these questions that is also great!

Whether you have it all figured out or you're still trying to plan step one of the next stages of your life, the matter remains that you are an individual working to fulfil what is left to achieve for the year 2025 and prepare for what the year 2026 will provide. You're still moving forward, you're still looking and planning ahead, taking each day at a time and making the most of what you have.

I think a beautiful verse to summarise this comes from Roman 8:18 NKJV:

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."

It's usually in these last stages towards the end of the year where there's an uprise of challenges, situations, doubts, worries, and uncertainty. I believe it all stems from this notion of change that we, as a collective, wait to experience as we enter into a new year. So as much as we anticipate and look forward to that new year, at the back of our mind, we're swimming with the uncomfortableness that may potentially derive from the need to change and set new predictions/expectations for a whole new year - 12 months - 52 weeks - 365 days.

In this time, it is imperative that we decide whether we will choose to stay afloat and progress forward or drown and become motionless.

I say we stay afloat, get through what's remaining of us to complete for 2025 and embrace what will be coming in 2026.

We've got this and I can't wait to see us all win.
